Hi, I'm Gwen! My passion is logistics and creating meaningful moments for my clients. Seeing the look on my couple's faces as they see all of their plans come to fruition is what brings me joy.
I love black coffee, hot yoga, and CrossFit. I want to like hiking, but I really love sitting on the beach with a good book. Travelling keeps me sane.

Associate Planner
Maida is an expert at talking to people in a way that makes them feel heard and understood. She has worked in Higher Education for 10+ years and is now a high school counselor. Maida loves directing theater at her school and cooking for her family! She is a creative problem solver and a wonderful addition to our team!
Kate Welch
Associate Planner
Kate has 15 + years of experience working in hospitality! Working in fast-paced, high-stress environments is second nature to her. Kate loves dogs and camping with her family in so many of Maine's wonderful secluded spots. She is calm and organized and we love her sense of humor!
