Thank you doesn’t even begin to tell you how special you made our day. I honestly am so sad that we won’t have weekly calls. I will forever remember you telling me I would be ok before walking down the aisle (and bawling like a baby haha. You are the sweetest most genuine person and I am so happy that we found you for our day! Everyone has asked, “did anything go wrong?” My reply is always the same, “if it did, I wouldn’t know because Gwen is the best coordinator in the world!” I can’t wait to share pictures with you as we get them back. You will always hold such a special place in our hearts! I hope that couples getting married at Hardy Farm are lucky enough to work with you.

We cannot thank you enough for all you did to make our wedding day magical. From holding our hands through the tumultuous COVID contingencies to offering your experience and pragmatism in the face of planning decisions to being boots on the ground with rental deliveries and *especially* to wrangling our families and friends on the day-of. Truly, knowing you had a handle on all the details meant we could relax and soak in every last moment.
We've heard from so many of our guests that the wedding was "the best they've ever been to" and many people have mentioned how "well planned" it was. I attribute that praise to your seamless shepherding throughout the night - letting the evening unfold in a way that felt entirely effortless, even though we both know it was backed up by a herculean effort on your part.
So many little details stand out for us: seeing the water and nut clusters you found and laid out for us in the dining room with such care. The shims you thought to buy that leveled the farmhouse tables to perfection. The gorgeous table settings and the perfect little "lounge area" you created in the tent. The shawl you draped on Lizzie's chair. It all felt so perfectly choreographed and we were just along for the ride.
Thank you thank you thank you. To be honest, we're feeling a little sad that we won't be having any more meetings with you. We have a check in the mail for you now, but in the meantime please let us know where we can write glowing reviews for you so that more couples can benefit from your wonderful work.
